Delivery
The software available on this site is provided in a downloadable form. Within 24 hours of purchase, the customer will receive an email with Download instructions and the unique Registration Code. For security issues we do not keep key codes on file, so please be sure to save the key code upon receipt.

Return Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on downloadable items, so please research all products to fit your needs prior to purchasing (all software have trial version to try for free to test on your system, and publicly listed system requirement for your perusal available at the manufacturer website). Contact our team if you have any inquiries prior to ordering.

Refund Policy
All Sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via download from the Internet. No refund if the problem is on the customer end. A defective item will be replaced with the same working item. All software have a trial version to try for 14 – 90 days.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a TOMOTE product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, TOMOTE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TOMOTE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, TOMOTE shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by TOMOTE without notice at any time, for any reason.
